Jessica holds an advanced diploma from the three-year Advertising and Marketing Communications program at Algonquin College, with a focus in client services and account management. 

Jessica is instrumental in working closely with clients on both long-term planning and day-to-day activities such as client, studio, and supplier communications, as well as scheduling to deliver projects on time and on budget. Since joining Alphabet® in 2014, Jessica has become highly experienced in managing 3D environmental graphics projects, gained expertise in print and web accessibility standards, and received a Google Analytics Individual Qualification certificate. She has also attended Advertising Week New York, taken the IAB Digital Marketing Course, and given many campaign- and project-pitch presentations to clients.

Jessica is a master at managing special projects, having been involved in the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health’s Inspiration Awards Gala, Leaders for Mental Health Breakfast, and the Open Golf Tournament, as well as the Ottawa Hospital Foundation’s THE RIDE fundraiser. Her other clients have included the Institute of Mental Health Research, the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, Minto Communities Ottawa, and the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada.
