Freshly rebranded, the Canadian Real Estate Association was looking to engage with members through an advertising campaign. CREA had only just recently been granted the ability to speak directly to their members, and they wanted to explain to Realtors® why their organization was important and why they should be proud to be part of the industry. Instead of simply lauding the benefits of CREA to members, we wanted to give them something of tremendous value that they would associate with their membership.
Real Time – Let’s Talk
Alphabet® conceptualized the Real Time – Let’s Talk speaker series, from development all the way to execution. We worked with CREA to identify speakers who could best offer members in attendance with tangible, real-world advice they could use to become stronger Realtors®.
The event set up was designed modularly to easily adapt to the three unique venues, and make for easysetup and teardown.
The speaker series was presented in three locations across Canada: Calgary, Victoria and Kitchener, and had a limited number of seats which were all claimed within hours of the launch.

From initial concepts to technical development to data management to promotion, event design and management, Alphabet® provided CREA with end-to-end communications, marketing and technical support for the event.
The series was a huge success. Realtors® found value in the speakers, and the relationship between CREA and its membership strengthened.
What began as a pilot program has now grown into a successful speaker series that will continue its tour across Canada with three new events in 2018-19.
