Living Room
Living Room is one of our most involved content programs to date, a REALTOR.ca insight hub with a counterpart called Salon (adapted to French readership trends and habits).
Each month, we oversee 25 to 30 unique pieces of content, working with real estate writers, economists, and designers to publish weekly neighbourhood guides, home improvement tips, market trends, and more – purposefully curated to support Canadians along their real estate journeys.
From an always-on content strategy to marketing and media planning, buying, and reporting, we manage all aspects of Living Room for a tailored, end-to-end content program. The results speak for themselves.

REAL TIME was born of this exploration – a monthly podcast aimed at engaging, inspiring, and empowering REALTORS® to grow their business.
Since launching in 2020, the podcast has become one of CREA’s core member-engagement tools. From content planning to the creative strategy and media execution – we conceive, produce, and promote each episode, ensuring constant alignment with CREA’s brand pillars and goals.
